Founding of Loxxess Pharma GmbH (Joint Venture with Alloga S.A. and Loxxess AG).

2000

Haupt Pharma AG was founded as management holding after the company had expanded to 800 employees through the acquisition of production sites.

Acquisition of a production site in Toride/Japan (formerly a production site of Boehringer Ingelheim)

Merger of Haupt Pharma, AMAREG and Wülfing Pharma
